Please Note, this package is for Trivia Parties at a home residence with a maximum of 20 players. • Face off against multiple teams of rivals in this battle of, "Who Knows More" with our Test Your Knowledge Trivia Game! • Play with a max of 5 players per team while submitting answers to our Six Round quiz. • With categories ranging from: School Subjects, to Classic Riddles, and Everything in between, there's a chance for everyone on your team, (regardless of age, status, or interests) to be an expert in a category! • Our Test Your Knowledge Trivia game allows teams to choose their point value scored, based on their confidence in the answer. This method allows teams to have a sense of control with how their score plays out in the end. • Perfect way to guarantee a fun experience for: -Teambuilding, -Professional Development, -Retreats, -Meetings, -Parties & Mixers, -and any kind of gathering where different age groups and interests, will be bonded in a communal setting!
Cancellation Policy
1) As of April 1st, 2024, a non-refundable deposit of 20%, (or $100, whichever is greater) of the Total Balance Due, is required to officially reserve your desired Event Date. • If you need to CANCEL THE DATE, the deposit will not be refunded since reserving the date, removes it from our calendar and therefore reduces our availability inventory. • If you need to RESCHEDULE THE DATE, the deposit is eligible for a one-time transfer as long as: a) you notify us of intent to reschedule by way of PHONE CALL and/or VOICEMAIL MESSAGE, at least FIVE (5) days before your scheduled Event date. b) the new Event date is scheduled within THIRTY (30) days of the previous Event date. (subject to availability) • Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of the deposit amount and/or the full booking amount. While we will do everything to accommodate your refund successfully, not all situations allow for a full refund after the cancelation/reschedule period. 2) Our Events require a smoke free environment as some of our hosts are allergic to smoke. Please notify your guests to refrain from smoking in the area or during the timeframe of the event. (This includes the use of: Incents, Vape Pens, Cigarettes, Cigars, Pipes, Blunts, Ect.) If attendees must smoke during the duration of G.A.T.E.'s booking and setup time, please designate a remote area for them, that will not spill over fumes or odors into the play/operation area. If smoke is detected, the event will be terminated immediately, and a refund will not be issued. 3) Deliberate or Malicious damage to equipment will result in disqualification and in some cases, an early termination of service resulting in the forfeiture of the full booking amount. While every situation will be case-by-case, please be mindful of the usage of equipment, board games, and any applicable utensils.
